Result for CEED 2019 has been declared. The Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) is a qualifying exam for Ph.D and M.Design programmes at premier institutes like IISc and IITs for the current academic session. Out of the total 5941 candidates, only 1179 candidates have qualified the exam.
The topper for the exam was Divya Lohia from Delhi with a score of 70.59. Second and third position was secured by Anurag Sachan from Kanpur and Alen Antony Francis from Ernakulum respectively. “The CEED 2019 score card can be downloaded from March 4, 2019 from this website. It is valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of the result. The CEED 2019 score card cannot be treated as a proof of date of birth, category or disability status,” read the official statement.
This exam comprises of two papers and 25% weightage is given to first paper and 75% weightage is for scores obtained in the second paper. CEED is a qualifying exam for Master of Design programmes at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IISc Bangalore, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIITDM Jabalpur, and IIT Kanpur.
