The offline application facility has been opened for NEET UG 2020 aspirants from Kashmir valley by National Testing Agency (NTA).
The offline application facility has been opened for NEET UG 2020 aspirants from Kashmir valley by National Testing Agency (NTA). This was done after the exam conducting body received several requests from students of the valley citing the difficulty which they were facing in filling an online application form for National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2020.
Aspirants can now download the NEET UG 2020 application form from the official website of NEET and can submit the hard copy of the application form at Delhi Public School, Athwaja, Srinagar which is the nodal centre for the examination. Application form can also be obtained directly from the nodal centre and can be submitted at the same place afterwards.
The NTA has informed in a notice that application should be handed over to the nodal officer, Abdul Qayoom Tantray. The application fee for the exam should also be deposited in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of Director General, National Testing Agency, payable at Noida (UP). More than 15 lakh students are appearing for the entrance exam this year as compared to more than 13 lakh students last year.
