Schneider Electric on August 1 announced beginning of its innovation challenge ‘Hackware 2019’ in India. The contest will serve as an ideal platform for both budding engineers and seasoned experts to showcase the significance of sustainability. The contest will be based around three themes namely (decentralization, decarbonisation, and digitization) of EcoStruxure. The participants will have to present their ideas around areas impacting residential and urban buildings and industry.

The 72 hours hackathon will include a masterclass on design thinking, innovation, and technology along with keynote by experts.
