The Council of Architecture(CoA) has released the admit card for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture on its official website nata.in from April 1, 6 pm. NATA is an exam for undergraduate architectural programmes in India.
It is scheduled to be conducted on April 14, 2019(Sunday) from 10 am to 1:15 pm. The paper 1 will contain multiple-choice questions(MCQs) and will be conducted online. The second paper will contain two questions of 80 marks each for drawing. This paper will be conducted on July 7, 2019(Sunday) and is voluntary.
The official notification read, “Candidates must ensure that the photograph and signature printed on the admit card are not mutilated/ distorted/ soiled even by accident. Candidates with such mutilated/ distorted/ soiled admit cards will not be allowed to appear in NATA-2019.” Qualifying candidates will be eligible for B. Arch courses. Except NATA, JEE paper-II scores are also accepted for undergraduate-level architectural courses. The Joint Entrance Exam(JEE) was earlier scheduled from April 7 to April 20. Now, it will be held on April 7(Paper 2-B.Arch/B.Planning). However, paper 1(BE/B.Tech) will be held from April 8, 9, 10, and 12.
