An annual calendar showing the exams which are scheduled to be held in 2019 was released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). It includes exams for positions such as officers, office assistants, RRBs, and CRP etc. The first exam according to the calendar will be for officer scale I and office assistants.

The preliminary exam for the above mentioned positions will be held from August 3-4, 2019 and August 11, 17, 18 and 25, 2019. The exam calendar is now available on the official website ibps.in. Single exam for scale II and scale III posts will be held on September 22, 2019, while the main exam for the position of office assistant is scheduled on September 29, 2019.     

The exam for officer scale I (main) will be held on September 22, 2019 according to the schedule. The entrance exam for the post of probationary officer (PO) will be held from October 12 to October 20, 2019.       

The exams for specialist officers and clerks will be conducted in December. These exams will be conducted on December 7 and December 28 respectively. The number of positions open for IBPS last year were 4252. The registration last year had started in August and the preliminary exam was held in October.
